***updated review: Shop reached out and offered a brand new bracelet in replace of the missing crystal. Customer service is excellent and very accommodating. They stand behind their products. The bracelet itself is very pretty but one of the crystals fell out after a week of owning it. I reached out the seller and the seller provided a shipping label to return it and have it repaired. After 2 weeks I received the repaired bracelet, then a week later the crystal in the exact same location fell out again. I like it a lot but not worth the money if the crystal keeps falling out.
