I love my heart necklace, it's exactly as stated and I am very happy with my purchase. I did have the chain shortened to 16" and had no problem in asking for this change.

It's very nice but the chain is very short. It didn't say the length in the ad, I assummed it was at least 17 to 18 inches. The piece is like a choker on the recipient. We had to buy a chain extender.
