The ring itself is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, however I had a very poor experience with shipping that caused a lot of stress. The ring was shipped through USPS, and got lost in the mail being sent to multiple random distribution centers. It arrived nearly 2 weeks after the expected date for receiving. Be sure to order well ahead of time that you need the ring to reduce the stress this caused. I was very worried I would not have the ring for my wedding and unfortunately, I did not feel like I was being helped or taken care of when the ring was seemingly lost & not going to be delivered. I strongly believe this seller should switch to priority overnight shipping for a piece of jewelry of this price (especially as most people are ordering for their wedding, so will hold a lot of sentimental value).
